Moderator@Peter171 — If your hosting provider moved your site to another server, it may be that your WP database still has pointers to the old site. You might try using MySQL to search for any URL that point back to the old site. As far as the PayPal issue is concerned, check ALL of your PayPal settings to see if anything points back to the old site.

If they do, does the registration status go from Pending to Active, when the link is clicked?

ModeratorThey use their username with the password set but it does not let them in. Even after resetting the passwords, it does not work and I have to manually set up a new password in the admin dashboard.
Out of curiosity, since I noticed the CZ domain in some of the email addresses, could it be the users are trying to use cyrillic characters in their passwords?
…many users do not have trouble logging in. Could it be because they use different devices for payment and registration? They make the payment on their PC and finish the registration on the phone…
Have YOU been able to recreate the problem using an account that you create?

ModeratorIt is possible, that since you are unable to recreate the issue, that the problem was with the payment method or other anomaly on either the Stripe or user end.

ModeratorEveryone’s reasons are different, so there is no standard template; other than the optional “registration complete” email. If you need to, customize THAT template, but remember to change it back after the email(s) have been sent.
Also, as I previously said; the best practice is to tell members to click the “Forgot Password” link, rather than assigning a password for them.
