ParticipantHi, multiple users have trouble accessing my page after registration. They use their username with the password set but it does not let them in. Even after resetting the passwords, it does not work and I have to manually set up a new password in the admin dashboard.
I have Login Redirection plugin installed and the redirection page URL is set up.
I do not really know how to debug this since many users do not have trouble logging in. Could it be because they use different devices for payment and registration? They make the payment on their PC and finish the registration on the phone?
The debug logs say this:
[deleted log data after checking it]

ParticipantSome more information…
The caching plugin is off on the login, registration and password reset pages. Also, these cookies are excluded from caching:
starting with
swpm_session
simple_wp_membership_sec_
swpm_in_useandwp_swpm_in_useIs there anything else caching-related that could be interfering with the login authentication?

KeymasterAre you using the latest version of the Simple Membership Plugin? Go to the plugins menu of your site. Is there any upgrade available for Simple Membership plugin?

Out of curiosity, since I noticed the CZ domain in some of the email addresses, could it be the users are trying to use cyrillic characters in their passwords?

Have YOU been able to recreate the problem using an account that you create?

ParticipantHello. I am having this same issue. It only started a few days ago. Before that everything was great!
When I try to sign into an account (I have tried many different accounts), I get the same message and the form resets.
Password Empty or Invalid
I have reset passwords, created new accounts and no luck. I am using the current plugin version.

ModeratorBecause it was “working fine” until recently, did you make any site modifications? Please go through this checklist…

KeymasterYou must be using the LATEST version of the Simple Membership plugin. Go to the plugins menu of your admin dashboard and check if there is an update available there. If yes, update the plugin then try the login.
