Logout Link is not working

Hi, i have embed the link https://www.example.de/?swpm-logout=true

The link will be redirected but the user is always logged in.

Any ideas?

The most likely cause is page caching. Check this documentation:

Also, if the member has multiple instances of the browser running, the login cookies might persist until the last browser window is closed.
