In the meantime, you could manually add the forementioned new member, just to move things along.
For the lifetime member button, are you using a Buy Now button?
The SWPM “Member names” are subject to the same restrictions as WordPress user names; which means non-Latin characters are not allowed. HOWEVER, if you search the WordPress plugin directory, there are a few plugins that will allow you to use non-Latin characters in the WordPress user name. These are considered “hacks” and are not guaranteed to work with SWPM.
…and sometimes it works even if it takes longer than usual to open the page, sometimes you have to click 2 times.
Where are you located and where is the server located?

When I click either of the Stripe buttons on your website, I am immediately taken to the Stripe checkout page.
Please better describe what the issue is. When you say “Private Page” does that mean the contents are being incorrectly displayed to authorized members? Or are you referring to what is shown to unauthorized members?

As an admin, I keep getting logged out of Simple Membership, but not WP. So I have to log out of WP, then log in to SM more often than I would like.
If you are being logged out every time you close your browser, it is because your browser is erasing the SWPM login cookies. This kind of issue requires you tell the browser NOT to erase the cookies for your site, when the browser is closed. This kind of issue is something you can do for free.
Paid support would only be of use in this situation, if you want to change the 2 default login cookie lengths, AND YOU ARE CERTAIN your browser isn’t deleting the login cookies.
If you are referring to their hosting services; so long as the hosting package meets the minimum WordPress 6.6 requirements, yes it should. HOWEVER, if the hosting package involves a “shared server,” you may experience responsiveness issues; because the same server is being “timeshared” with many customers, dependent on how many customers packages are being hosted on the same server.
Hint: While we can’t comment directly on a provider’s service; try calling their customer support line, and asking some pre-sales questions😉 Also look into the r/SquareSpace subreddit to see if your expectations match what is others have experienced.
