On the login page:
If the “Remember Me” box is checked, the login cookie used by the plugin is given an expiration date of 14 days and 12 hours.
If the “Remember Me” box is not checked, the login cookie used by the plugin is given an expiration date of 3 days.
If the member’s browser is configured to clear all cookies, when the browser is closed; the effect is as if the member is logged out, every time they close their browser; regardless of whether or not the “Remember Me” box is checked. YOU HAVE NO CONTROL OVER THIS.
Otherwise, the 14.5 or 3 day cookie expirations will be in force.

In the “Temporary URL” site you posted; clicking the “Donate with PayPal” link takes you directly to the PayPal site. You have no control over how the buttons on the PayPal site appear.
I have notified the developer. But, as with other payment/wallet integrations Stripe is trying out; I’m not sure it is supported.

Are you able to successfully copy a complete link out of that box and paste it into a browser? And does it successfully activate the account?
When you create a new link, you are saying the regenerated link does not work, if YOU try using it?
