ModeratorPlease read this documentation and look at the sample CSV file:

ModeratorAre you trying to do this???

ModeratorAlmost every payment platform has safeguards to prevent moving/hijacking recurring subscriptions (payment contracts) from one plugin or website to another.
The recommendation is to setup an expiring membership period for existing members, and then cancel any recurring Stripe payment contracts. The members must then subscribe to a new recurring subscription.

ModeratorOur philosophy is that updates should only be installed if there is an issue. However, if you want to; you can always download SWPM from the home page once a month, and check the version number listed in the simple-wp-membership.php file.
February 25, 2025 at 1:02 am in reply to: Problem with expired users with fixed date not recognized by the plugin #29775The Assurer
Moderatormy users who have the fixed expiration date in the membership, the plugin does not recognize all of them, only a specific part recognizes 4 expired and 14 that even if they are expired it does not count them as such
You are saying that of 14 users, only 4 are expiring correctly? If you look at the account information, is there any difference between the ones that expire correctly and the ones that do not?

ModeratorAnd you are certain that you followed every step in this document?

ModeratorWhich French .po file are you telling SWPM to use? There are TWO French .PO file,
1. *-fr_CA.po (CANADA).
2. *-fr_FR.po (FRANCE).
The Canadian French file has some missing translations; specifically for the “Confirm Account Deletion” string, which would just appear in English. The Assurer
ModeratorAll these parts are perfectly translated, but do not appear in their localized version (just in English), although all other translated parts appear correctly.
I’m sorry, but you lost us.

ModeratorDo you have free membership levels on your site? And were you trying to activate a free membership for a user?
If the answer is “Yes,” you need to follow these instructions:
https://simple-membership-plugin.com/email-activation-for-members/Or perhaps what you really wanted to do was “Regenerate and Resend the Unique Registration Completion Link.”

ModeratorIs this what you are trying to do?

Moderator@MegD —
- What you must do is create an SWPM membership account for yourself. If you only have one membership level, assign it to that level. If you have multiple membership levels, create a new level called “Everything” or something similar, and assign your SWPM account to that. For this example, I used “Everything” because I don’t want to confuse you by calling it “Admin” because WHATEVER NAME YOU PICK DOES NOT MATTER.
- For every protected page, ensure that YOUR membership level is also given access.
- Whenever you want to see any of the protected content, you must log into whatever SWPM account you assigned to yourself
- Yes, you can setup a mechanism to auto-login to both WP and SWPM, but this is the simplest way to get you started; because it may be more complicated for me to help you undo what you have already tried.

ModeratorThe best recourse is to contact your hosting provider; because you are paying for their support.
Who did the migration, BTW?
