ParticipantI have a problem with simple membership 4.6.1, my users who have the fixed expiration date in the membership, the plugin does not recognize all of them, only a specific part recognizes 4 expired and 14 that even if they are expired it does not count them as such, this implies that they can continue to access what is not an option, I thank you for all the help you can to solve it, thank you.

You are saying that of 14 users, only 4 are expiring correctly? If you look at the account information, is there any difference between the ones that expire correctly and the ones that do not?

ParticipantI would like to know if anyone has had the same problem and has been able to solve it, it is very important to me that members who have their membership expired stop being registered automatically and do not have to do it manually.
Also if you can help me and tell me if it is possible to use another membership plugin to which I can export the members I have registered with simple membership, I would like to continue with it but if it is not possible to solve the problem I need other options, thank you. -
