Unfortunately we don’t have any feature to migrate that data. It’s not an advertised feature of our plugin 🙁
Subscription data is handled completely differently in different plugins so there is no easy and universal way of doing that.
All the payments data you see inside the plugin’s “Payments” menu is stored in your websites database. So you can take that data from there by using something like PHPMyAdmin or our following exporter addon:

The cancellation of a subscription payment agreement with a payment gateway (paypal or stripe) is not automatic. So the customer or the merchant needs to cancel the subscription payment agreement. In your upgrade/downgrade plan page, add instructions in terms of how you will handle it on your site. Some prefer that the member contacts them and the merchant will cancel, some prefer that the member has a way to click on a button or link to proceed to cancellation.
The following documentation has information on how a subscription agreement cancellation can be handled. At the bottom of the pages there is info on how you can create a button that the member’s can use themselves:

That error means that the registration link they clicked on was for a membership level that no longer exists. If the site admin has deleted that membership level, it will show an error message since the membership level is not there anymore. It can also happen if you have entered an incorrect membership level ID value in the shortcode.
#1) When an anonymous visitor comes to the site, it doesn’t know who that user is. So the plugin has no way of knowing who is registered or not unless the member logs into the site.
You can enable the following checkbox from the “Advanced Settings” menu of the plugin which will hide the registration form for members who are logged into the site (when members are logged-in, it means that they already completed the registration process):
Hide Registration Form to Logged Users#2) Another thing you can try is to edit the email that goes out after registration. Add some explanation in that email that the special registration link can ONLY be used once to register. After that, they don’t need to use it.

The language file you are using most likely need to be updated/re-created. The individual language files are created/contributed by the users. we only understand the English language so we rely on users to submit a translation if they want to. If a user submits an updated copy of their language file, we add a copy of it to our plugin.
The user registration maybe coming form another source. For example, the default WordPress’s user registration system or you may have another plugin on this site that allows user registration.
Please enable the debug logging feature in our plugin which will show if the registrations are coming from our plugin or not and if they are completing captcha or not. That will be a good starting point to investigate this.

The captcha can’t block humans who is coming to your registration page and submitting the form correctly. The captcha blocks a spam bot from submitting it.
This is a caching related issue on the server or some other conflict external to our plugin. The login and logout functionality of our plugin is rock solid (I just tested it myself). Unless, something is interfering on a site, there cannot be an issue with the logout functionality.
Ask your hosting provider about what caching they have enabled in your hosting package which might shed some light.

Using filter hooks should be useful for this.
I think you should be able to use the following filter hooks to specify your own template file path that will load your customized copy of the file.

I think you are referring to the “More tag” protection. The “more tag” and “the excerpt” are different things.
We actually don’t handle “the_excerpt” in this plugin. “the_excerpt” seems to have different behavior on different themes and then on different template pages, it can behave differently also. I wasn’t sure how best to provide a consistent experience with that.
Can the following hook be used to override the output from excerpt and just tell it to output whatever you have in the excerpt?
