The form of the registration is handled by the SMWP Form Builder.
The Form Builder is a premium addon; which means you are eligible to use the Premium Addon Support. Please complete a support ticket and a developer will contact you.

Once a user clicks a button, and is transferred to the PayPal website; the outcome of all further interactions are at the discretion of PayPal. You did not specify what country the user or the website is located in. Nor have you indicated if this is a single or multiple user issue. Perhaps there is a local PayPal restriction on debit card usage. The only way to find out, is to call the PayPal support line.

That is not possible. WP Search will only give results that match the membership level of the user that initiated the search. Perhaps you can use Partial Protection on the protected pages, to show a synopsis of the protected content.

Google or any other search engine should be able to crawl all unprotracted pages, as long as they can be navigated to from your home page.
