Tagged: Registration
Hello everyone,
I would really appreciate some help here.
Basically we were doing some testing, and we insert the short code [swpm_registration_form] in a snippet. Well, it worked, but during the testing phase, in staging, we created and deleted many users. This morning the registration stop working. The form can be seen and filled up, but after having press the button to confirm the fields, any email is received. The user is not created in the Membership plug-in and we can’t even register with the emails we were using for testing, even though they are not in the list of users (neither in the simple membership one, neither in wordpress user). Does that happen to anyone else?
Please turn on the debug logs and check for far along the registration process gets.
Also, are you using any kind of page caching plugins or server modules?
The debug log does not take in account any registration attempt. Something even weirder is the login. The testing account I am using to login is not in the list of the members, nevertheless I can still log-in. But in the login related debug log file, that login is not present. I suspect some database corrupted data.
I am not using any cache plugin. The form of the registration is handled by the SMWP Form Builder.
