Would this be a possibility to add this feature for users to cancel their own paypal subscription? I would like to bury this option somewhere in the ‘edit profile’ page.

We have 3-4 emails a day with customers asking to cancel which we do manually, so this would help out a lot if we had this feature.

I solved this problem by redownloading and installing the Integration plugin, and creating new sales buttons thru simple membership.

I have no admin membership level, it is just my Admin account in WordPress that is marked as a regular member. (The membership level is able to see the content fine)

Yes, but if the member signs up for a 10 day membership, but cancels after 1 day, they account expires and they do not get the full 10 days of membership.

Atleast this is my experience with the ‘No expiry’ option enabled

Right now we are going to have members sign up for the Upsell at $90, and we will cancel their membership at $30 manually. Would be great to see a feature that does this automatically

Thank you Admin. We want to sell an upsell to our existing members for $60 extra. I see that it creates a new Paypal recurring Payment for $60 extra, separate from the original membership.

Can we upgrade the origonal price without have 2 seperate recurring payments in Paypal? (Right now to upgrade you would have to have a $30/month payment and a $60/month payment)

Thank you mbrsolution, how exactly do I create an upgrade button? I do not see the Upgrade Button option in ‘create new button’, or anywhere in the settings to give a certain Member Level access to the permissions of another Member level

Hey mbrsolution, sorry for getting back to you late. I completely deleted the plugin and reinstalled it, and our problem still occurs. (registration page will not always work).

Are there certain specific pages that I should not be cacheing? I am not caching the registration pages at all.

I under stand that, but I am asking will it repeat the commission each month? Say if a member stays on for 5 months, will they receive 5 commissions?

Hey, deactivating and reactiving the plugin just fixed our problem. This is what fixed the problem last time. It seems randomly after a couple of days the plugin will randomly stop working again. How do I fix this so it does not continue? Can I completely delete the plugin and reinstall it? Is that safe with our 250+ members and all the addons installed?

Hey, I tried your test and it worked. It turns out clearing the cookies actually had no effect on solving the problem.

I installed a cache plugin (WP Rocket) after reading your comment.

For now I have included instructions the Email Settings to notify users to log out and close the browser if it doesnt show the content.

Customer logs in >> Customer logs out >> Customer closes browser ?

It seems like an unlikely route users will take, but I will carry out this test.
Must they log out before closing the browser?

Why do they have to close the browser to access the content?
