ParticipantHello, I am having a problem with the plugin I need to fix asap.
A member pays through paypal successfully, and successfully gets the registration link and email. However, after the typing in their username and password to create their account, the register button does not complete the registration. It does not register the account at all.
The users pay successfully and receive the registration email, it is the page and completing the membership that is not working.
Sometimes the page just stays the same and nothing happens, the registration page just remains blank and the account is never completed.
When I add a member manually through the front end of the plugin it does not add them to the member list at all. Creating new users through the plugin is completely broken.
I created the subscription button through the plugin and have PayPal IPN enabled in my PayPal account.
I am not caching the registration page.

ParticipantHey, deactivating and reactiving the plugin just fixed our problem. This is what fixed the problem last time. It seems randomly after a couple of days the plugin will randomly stop working again. How do I fix this so it does not continue? Can I completely delete the plugin and reinstall it? Is that safe with our 250+ members and all the addons installed?

ModeratorHi, yes you can delete the plugin and install a fresh copy without loosing your members. Give that a try and report back.

ParticipantHey mbrsolution, sorry for getting back to you late. I completely deleted the plugin and reinstalled it, and our problem still occurs. (registration page will not always work).
Are there certain specific pages that I should not be cacheing? I am not caching the registration pages at all.

ParticipantI had started a similar thread as requested because I am experiencing the same issue as the OP, I had posted log files and the last question asked was wether or not i use captcha. after that the entire thread was deleted. I am not sure if that means I should stop requesting support on this issue?

ParticipantI am having the same problem as well. I paid for premium support to fix it, but they say that they can’t reproduce the problem.
I’d love to have this fixed.
