Hey, awhile ago I thought I saw in the docs there was a button to set up for members to cancel their own subscription.
I am looking back through the SWMP docs but cant find any information about this.
Is there a way to set up a button so members can cancel their Paypal recurring payment through SWMP on our website?
Thanks

I don’t recall any such document as far as I know.
We do offer the following. There is a Delete Account button available in the members profile and it is displayed when you enable the following feature Allow Account Deletion under Advanced Settings tab.

As far as I know, no. You can read more about the cancellation of PayPal recurring payments in the following documentation.

Let me know if the above helps you.
Thank you

We have 3-4 emails a day with customers asking to cancel which we do manually, so this would help out a lot if we had this feature.
November 28, 2019 at 1:22 am #19336adminKeymasterYour users can cancel the subscription from their own PayPal account. So you can put instructions on a page that explains how they can cancel their subscriptions (if they want to). Then put a link to that page in the edit profile page.
Also, very shortly we will be releasing a new version of the plugin where there will be a new shortcode that allow you to put a PayPal subscription cancellation link on the page. A member can click on it and it will take the user to their PayPal account where they can cancel your subscription.
