Hey, I keep getting emails from new paying memebers saying that when they are logged in, it still is saying pages are locked for them.

However, after I tell them to clear their cookies for the site, they can access this fine. So for some reason the cookies are blocking new members from the premium content even after they paid and are logged in.

    My site is: https://ticketflipping.com/

I need to fix this problem ASAP. What could be causing this?

It sounds like your members after they log in they forget to log out and probably close the browser. Can you carry out a test and log in then log out and close the browser. Then open the browser again and try to log in again. What happens?

    Hey mbrsolution,

Thanks for getting back to me.

    Are you saying:
Customer buys membership >> Customer lands on thank you page >> Customer creates account >>
Customer logs in >> Customer logs out >> Customer closes browser ?

It seems like an unlikely route users will take, but I will carry out this test.
Must they log out before closing the browser?

Why do they have to close the browser to access the content?

This is what I think is happening. It is a theory of mine because many have reported similar issues.

This is what I am saying.

Customer buys membership >> Customer lands on thank you page >> Customer creates account >>
Customer logs in >> Customer closes browser
    ….They forget to log out.

You might also have a cache issue. Do you have a cache plugin installed?

Hey, I tried your test and it worked. It turns out clearing the cookies actually had no effect on solving the problem.

I installed a cache plugin (WP Rocket) after reading your comment.

For now I have included instructions the Email Settings to notify users to log out and close the browser if it doesnt show the content.
