ParticipantI am guessing this has something to do with the theme. do this:
1. switch to default theme then try to access the site through phone. see the menu shows up.
2. activate simple membership plugin and try to login from phone. see everything works correctly.
3. activate “if menu”February 22, 2015 at 3:54 pm in reply to: Is it possible to hide menu links until member is logged in? #1069nur

Participantgenerated passwords are for temporary use. you can change password to somethin easy to remember, from profile page once you are logged in.

Participantmenu is part of WordPress’s user interface system which can be customized through theme development whereas simple membership extends wordpress’s behavioral aspect. if you want to be able to control menu, you need to customize theme. simple membership plugin controls what you show. it doesn’t care how you show them.
