    I would like my site members to land on their specific pages after login, in order to see their own performance or messages. Is this possible?

    you can use this addon https://wordpress.org/plugins/simple-membership-after-login-redirection/

    once install and activate this addon, you will a new field in membership level edit page (“After Login Redirection Page”)

    this will do what you need.
