ModeratorThank you for clarifying further your issue.
So… I created a payment button for a membership called The Style Sancturay” which is an £8.99 monthly subscription and I use Stripe to manage payments.
The client then decided that they wanted to have a 7 day free trial at the beginning of the subscription, so I followed the steps in step 1 to edit the payment button to include a 7 day free trial.Did you make the changes before any transaction was carried out? Or did you make the changes after one or more transactions was carried out?
But for many people, when they sign up they aren’t getting the registration email.
For any email related issue, please try the following troubleshooting steps.

So instead, if I add the registration link on the thank you page, can I stop the registration email from being sent and instead have a “you’ve registered” email?
Please read the following documentation regarding the registration process for our plugin. This will help you understand how our plugin processes the paid registration process.
Let me know if the information above helps you in any way.
Kind regards.

ModeratorHi, Loco Translate plugin allows you to add your customize translation file into Loco Translate plugin’s folder. This means that when you update a plugin your customize translation is not affected and or deleted.

ModeratorHi, the string is translated in simple-membership-fr_FR.po file located in /wp-content/plugins/simple-membership/languages/.
However the string in the simple-membership-fr_FR.po file located in /wp-content/languages/plugins/ is not translated yet. This might be causing an issue in your site. To avoid this problem, you might like to try the following plugin

ModeratorHi @Serge, sorry for the late reply. It would be a bit challenging to workout which part of the code is causing the issue. However the following line ExpiresDefault “access 2 days” catches my attention more than the other lines. But I am not sure if this is the only part of the code that will cause this issue.
Kind regards.
