Edit Profile Page does NOT shown

Edit profile items do not shown when I use shortcode “[swpm_profile_form]”. I confirmed that other shortcodes are working such as login or password resetting. What would be a cause for the issue? I am very beginner of WP. Then easy wording or explanation will be welcomed! Thank you.

Add some more info: “Edit profile” link which shown just after logged in with “forgot password?” link is also NOT working. You can see blank page as [swpm_profile_form] does.

Hi, can you make sure your are not adding any spaces in the shortcode or even some HTML code. There might also be a conflict with a plugin and or your theme. Please carry out the following troubleshooting steps.
