KeymasterI don’t see any issue with the other plugins disabled. Do you see any issue with the current setup?
If you don’t then that confirms that you were using a plugin that is conflicting. So either you cannot use that conflicting plugin or you cannot use our plugin.

KeymasterYou didn’t disable ALL plugins on this site. You must do the following first on that site:
1) Disable all plugins keeping only the simple membership plugin.
2) Switch the theme to using the default 2024 or 2025 WordPress theme.Once you have done that, let me know, I can check that page again.

KeymasterThe Inspect tool should never display the actual protected content of a post or page. Essentially, what you see in the browser is exactly what should appear in the developer tools. I personally verified this on my test site to ensure its accuracy.
So there is definitely some kind of conflict coming from the server environment or a plugin or theme on the site. You could try the following test to see if you can identify which plugin or add-on causes it:
https://simple-membership-plugin.com/forums/topic/test-for-plugin-and-theme-conflict-before-posting-an-issue-or-a-bug/Also, make sure to test with the latest version of the Simple Membership plugin. You can go the plugins menu of your admin dashboard to see if there is any updates for the plugin.

KeymasterAlso please upgrade the plugin to the latest version and then check to see if you still have the language issue.

KeymasterThat shouldn’t happen unless something is conflicting on this site. Let me try to recreate/reproduce the issue first.
Can you give me step by step instructions that I should do on my site to recreate/reproduce the issue from my end so I can do a deeper investigation?
Do you have any caching on your site which can cause this issue? The following post will be helpful:

KeymasterWe have released another update for this. Please upgrade to the new version and let us know if this works better.

KeymasterThese messages should be customization using the language translation file. We just need to update the translation POT file. I will update the POT file in the next release.

KeymasterThis might be an issue with the theme having conflict with the more tag protection feature.
Did you do the following conflict test already?
https://simple-membership-plugin.com/forums/topic/test-for-plugin-and-theme-conflict-before-posting-an-issue-or-a-bug/October 28, 2024 at 5:54 am in reply to: Paypal subscription payment accepted but member not created #28977admin
Keymaster@Alex, For your PayPal subscription button, are you using the PayPal button option that uses the new API?
https://simple-membership-plugin.com/create-paypal-subscription-buttons-paypal-api/Or the standard/legacy one?
https://simple-membership-plugin.com/create-paypal-subscription-button-inside-the-simple-membership-plugin/If you are having issues with the PayPal IPN feature on your site, consider using the new PayPal API button option which doesn’t rely on IPN. Instead it uses webhooks which tends to be more reliable and works better on most sites.
If you manually enter the subscriber ID in the profile and then activate the IPN, it should theoretically connect and work. However, it’s not advisable to rely on this method. Instead, enable the debug logging feature as suggested by @wzp, and perform the following payment tests to ensure everything is set up correctly on your site:

KeymasterIf you have accumulated 200 pages of entries to delete, it’s likely that your site is experiencing a spam issue.
Do you have captcha on your registration form?
https://simple-membership-plugin.com/simple-membership-and-google-recaptcha-integration/To delete all member records from the ‘swpm_members_tbl’ database table in one step, you can run a query with the following condition:
account_state = activation_requiredYou can use PHPMyAdmin or any other database management tool to browse the table and execute this query. Always ensure you take a backup before performing any delete operations.

KeymasterThis looks to be a caching related issue. The button on your front-end page is likely cached. So that button is still trying to make a query using the sandbox mode (when it was cached). The following page will be useful to understand the impact of caching:
https://simple-membership-plugin.com/understanding-the-impact-of-caching-on-membership-sites/Additionally, ensure that the sandbox mode is not enabled in the payment settings menu of the plugin. Delete cached any cookie everywhere after your testing. Then try the live mode.
