ModeratorHi I purchased the form builder add on …
Please open a Premium addon support ticket:

ModeratorIf you use ANY kind of social media login, the user will ONLY be logged in as a normal WordPress User; but not an SWPM Member.
https://simple-membership-plugin.com/forums/topic/social-auth/
With that said; the only practical scenario at this time, is to only use SWPM to protect the paid membership content, and allow WP Users (who are not members) to view the free content. The Assurer
ModeratorI would only have to know exactly where to go in the codeā¦
No coding required…

ModeratorBecause you only want this to happen for a particular page; the best available option is to use Partial or Section Protection, to create 2 different views of the same page.

ModeratorMy understanding of what you described is:
1. Only one User/Member was affected.
2. You corrected the issue.
Unfortunately, because only one person was affected and because you “destroyed the evidence,” we may never know what happened. While it may be a fun exercise in forensics to try and figure this out; it would be outside the scope of free support. However, if it happens again, please let us know.

ModeratorIs this what you are looking for?

Moderator#1 Thank you for the suggestion.
#2 You can do this, using the Form Builder Addon.
#3 When a plugin is updated through the WP Plugins panel, everything in the affected plugin directory is overwritten. That’s just how WP works.

ModeratorThe support of new payment gateways requires lots of integration; especially on the testing side. If you really “want” those new gateways, I am required to refer you to paid support; as your request is outside the scope of the free support forum.

ModeratorPlease be more specific:
#1 — What payment processor do you want to use?
#2 — Do you mean export the membership information?

ModeratorThe kind of auto-redirection you are trying to do, is outside the scope of the free technical support forum. If you still require coding help, please open a paid support ticket.

ModeratorHashed passwords cannot be hashed.
Yes, there probably is a way to accomplish what you are trying to do, but please realize this request is outside the scope of the free technical support. I am required to refer you to our paid support service, for further assistance in this matter:

ModeratorIf the plugin does not appear on the WordPress “Plugins” screen, it means the plugin was deleted and must be reinstalled. Any settings you had, should still be in effect, after you activate the plugin.

Moderator@Sheila — It sounds like you are trying to tell us that…
1. You have a WordPress.com hosted site.
2. “A few days ago,” they removed the plugin, and then you got them to “put it back.”
3. It hasn’t been working the same, ever since.
If the above is an accurate description of the situation, it is really the responsibility of your hosting provider to “make it right,” and restore your site to the way it was; especially since they were the ones who “broke it.”

ModeratorI’m going to respectfully suggest that you keep careful notes on EVERYTHING you do, to your site. Many problems are “self inflicted,” through carelessness.
1. Do you still receive the error message?
2. Are you a “real” PHP programmer?
