WordPress Membership Plugin
Simple Membership Plugin › Forums › Simple Membership Plugin › Form builder Addon not saving some data
Hello, A few days ago the Membership plugin disappeared from my dashboard. I contacted wordpress and they put it back. Now on one of my forms the lower half of the form data will not save when I manually add information. What do I do to fix this?
Sorry, I did not explain fully – the plugin disappeared when I tried to update (4 days ago). That is when the trouble started.
@Sheila — It sounds like you are trying to tell us that…
1. You have a WordPress.com hosted site.
2. “A few days ago,” they removed the plugin, and then you got them to “put it back.”
3. It hasn’t been working the same, ever since.
If the above is an accurate description of the situation, it is really the responsibility of your hosting provider to “make it right,” and restore your site to the way it was; especially since they were the ones who “broke it.”
Actually, what I tried to tell you was that the problem originated at the time of the update 4 days ago. I clicked on “update” and it did not update. After that the Membership plugin disappeared. Can you give me advice as to how I can fix the problem with the Form Builder Addon please? Do you have any idea what might be wrong?
If the plugin does not appear on the WordPress “Plugins” screen, it means the plugin was deleted and must be reinstalled. Any settings you had, should still be in effect, after you activate the plugin.
