Form builder not working correctly

Hi I purchased the form builder add on and the radio buttons refused to work. I deleted them from the form and tried to get round the issue I had using checkboxes.
I needed to have a data protection box that had to be answered for the membership to complete.
I now have several unusable fields in the database that need to be completed but cannot nbe accessed.

ie when I deleted the checkboxes and radio buttons from the form and tried again it left the old ones in the database. Is there a way of accessing the database and removing the fields? At this time no members can log in to the site and the membership refuses to go through if the unseen fields are not completed.
