The string “Thank you for registering with” does not exist in either the plugin or WordPress source code. From where did you obtain your copy of SWPM? We only support versions downloaded from out home page.

Does the email address in question exist as a WordPress User?
The emails that come directly from SWPM are distinguishable. The emails that come directly from PayPal are not, and only acknowledge receipt of your money.
Please turn on the debug logs.
