ModeratorPlease perform this checklist, to see if there are any conflicts.

ModeratorOne possibility is the university firewall(s). If incoming email is scanned for malicious links; and the firewall probes the link; it becomes no-good, because SWPM “thinks” the link was already already clicked.

ModeratorDo you have the debug logs turned on? What email clients are they using? And are their browsers accepting cookies? Also, can you corrolate the problems to a particular country?

ModeratorThe table you are referring to has the following structure:
$sql = "CREATE TABLE " . $wpdb->prefix . "swpm_payments_tbl ( id int(12) NOT NULL PRIMARY KEY AUTO_INCREMENT, email varchar(255) DEFAULT NULL, first_name varchar(64) DEFAULT '', last_name varchar(64) DEFAULT '', member_id varchar(16) DEFAULT '', membership_level varchar(64) DEFAULT '', txn_date date NOT NULL default '0000-00-00', txn_id varchar(255) NOT NULL default '', subscr_id varchar(255) NOT NULL default '', reference varchar(255) NOT NULL default '', payment_amount varchar(32) NOT NULL default '', gateway varchar(32) DEFAULT '', status varchar(255) DEFAULT '', ip_address varchar(128) default '' )" . $charset_collate . ";";The payment_amount is the gross amount (before fees) the member paid. The entries are created at the time the payment IPN is received, from the payment gateway.
Disclaimer: If you are seeking records that will withstand the scrutiny of a financial audit; it is best to match up the transaction IDs recorded in the table, against the payment amounts on the chosen payment gateway.

ModeratorPlease review the documentation:
https://simple-membership-plugin.com/simple-membership-form-builder-addon/I believe there are only 4 required fields:
https://simple-membership-plugin.com/simple-membership-form-builder-addon/#:~:text=step%203)%20customize%20the%20form%20fieldsAs for “responsiveness,” it depends on how YOU design the form(s) and how they interact with your theme.

ModeratorPayment history is maintained by whatever payment gateway you select. SWPM only has no knowledge of the payment types or amounts paid. It only has knowledge of successful payments.

ModeratorYou would use the WooCommerce and Simple Membership Plugin Integration addon, to sell memberships. WooCommerce would act as an intermediary between SWPM and Mercado Pago. Memberships would exist as WooCommerce products.

Moderatormany of muy clients have already an account on my site, so they do not need to create a new user and password.
Are they registered as SWPM members already?

ModeratorMultiple membership levels per user are not supported by Simple memembership. However, they are supported by the eMember product.

ModeratorIs there a way of doing the above without getting the Membership From Builder Addon? Or if I do get the addon, will that let me do what I need to?
Without the Form Builder addon, there are only a limited number of changes you can make to the registration forms. The form builder addon allows you to fully customize the fields that appear on the Registration and Edit Profile Form/Page of your membership site.
SWPM is an open source freemium product. The premium addons are a “fair deal.” Plus, you are eligible for premium support; which enables you to directly contact the developers.

ModeratorSo, what you are asking for is…
No matter where a person lands on the site; you want them to be redirected to a login page, and then BACK to where they began? Is that the gist of what you are trying to do?

ModeratorUnfortunately, Elementor is one of those plugins that are known, not to work properly with SWPM.

Moderator…I cannot accept payments with PayPal or stripe. Only from a local provider in Argentina.
If that’s the case, none of the usual eCommerce solutions we’d recommend would work. The only workable solution, that would not violate any of your laws, is to include some kind of serial number with your virtual products; that can be redeemed for a membership. Because SWPM is an open source project; the developers have no interest in actively circumventing the eCommerce laws or restrictions of other countries.
