    When I say “the same problem” I mean read the earlier posts in the thread, and that’s precisely what I’m experiencing.

    It does exist both places.

    The password change doesn’t work. Change password, I pop back to the login screen, and the new password does NOT work, old password DOES work.

    I have version 2.2.7 and still have the same problem.

    Has that solved your password/profile/login issues?

    Does the plugin keep the lists synchronized or is there more to do after it’s installed?

    Seems bizarre to ignore the WordPress user tools built into the core and maintain a separate list.

    RESOLVED

    Apparently, putting the tool in sandbox mode could cause this.

    D’oh.

    In case anyone else is working on a team and might forget: be sure the other chap hasn’t ticked the “sandbox mode” setting, or the tool does precisely nothing.
