Hello,
Thanks for your reply, I have renamed the Stripe.php file in the a-forms plugin and now payments work successfully. I have informed the developer of the conflict.

Still get no user added when I use the Simple membership SCA button (using test mode). Sends me to a blank thank you page and the log shows:
[2023/03/01 20:30:37] – SUCCESS: Stripe SCA Buy Now IPN received. Processing request…
but that’s it. No user added or email sent. Not a big deal for me as I don’t use these buttons.
I’ve just checked again and with the Stripe payments plugin ‘pay now’ button it throws up the same error.
A use the Stripe payments plugin so maybe it’s related to that? I use this plugin to manage multiple currencies.
I’ve just created a Stripe SCA Buy Now payment button using simple membership’s own buttons and it goes through (in test mode) without an error but doesn’t create a new user. Before your change it did cause an error.
No backup copy. No test site (using WordPress). I’ve deleted Updraft and Duplicator (backup plugins)
Deleted Yoast. Can’t think what else it could be. I see a duplicate thread started at the same time. So not just my siteI STILL get the error. I deactivated all other plugins except for:
Accept Stripe Payments
Simple Membership After Login Redirection
Simple Membership Custom Messages
Stripe Payments Addons Update Checker
Stripe Payments Country Autodetect
Stripe Payments Multi Currency Addon
SWPM Partial ProtectionI disabled W3 Total Cache amongst these. I then deleted and installed Simple membership. So only this and the plugins above were running. I opened an incognito window of another browser and still get the error above.

I’ve just created a payment button for Simple membership, so not using the stripe plugin. After test payment it redirects to Thank you page but swpm log shows:

but no user is ever created. It seems as though it’s the same issue with/without the stripe payment plugin so definitely somwething related to swpm. Thoughts would be greatly appreciated as I can’t take any payments on my site!
ThanksI have just deleted the plug in – ‘LiteSpeed Cache’ which I can’t even remember installing. I’m sure W3 Total Cache was my performance plug in installed.
Since the deletion, every device I open my website with now shows an empty login page as expected. Was this the culprit? How can this even happen? Never heard of this before
