    Hello
This is the second time I’ve had this problem,

One of my customers has tried to login but sees the ‘membership-login/’ page showing he is already logged in. He therefore can’t properly log in and access his profile page or any other ‘member’ page.

More shockingly than this though, when I try to log in from the other side of the world, I see I’m already logged in as this user. How can this be? Therefore anyone who accesses my website can see this too. Any help please.

When I click the login page, I see the following info:

    Logged in as
    le***ut (masked for anonymity)
    Account Status
    Active
    Membership
    Pro
    Account Expiry

    Edit Profile
    Logout

    Thanks,
    Chris

I have just deleted the plug in – ‘LiteSpeed Cache’ which I can’t even remember installing. I’m sure W3 Total Cache was my performance plug in installed.

Since the deletion, every device I open my website with now shows an empty login page as expected. Was this the culprit? How can this even happen? Never heard of this before

    Thanks
    Chris

    Hi Chris,

Yes, cache plugins can cause this type of issue unless the cache plugin is configured correctly.

The following documentation can help you setup W3 Total Cache plugin.

Let me know if the above helps you.

    Kind regards.
