ParticipantI’m also having trouble with the partial protection short code. My custom messages are not showing at all. Please see https://parentingaces.com/update-on-2021-jr-comp-changes/ as an example. What am I missing here???

ParticipantI set up the password-protected registration page, but where do I put the Payment Button?

ParticipantOkay, nevermind. I figured out that I had to go back into the Membership Levels and change the access for the entire category first. Now it’s public and viewable by anyone.

ParticipantNo, I’m not using partial protection, so that won’t work for me. Any other ideas?

ParticipantThank you. However, when I use the Custom Message add-on, it doesn’t differentiate between Free and Premium members so that everyone sees the message. What I’m trying to accomplish is to have one message come up when a non-member tries to view any protected content and a DIFFERENT message come up when a Free member tries to view Premium-only content. Is there a way to do that?

ParticipantIt turns out this was a storage issue with WordPress. My hosting company, GoDaddy, was able to resolve it for me.

ParticipantI have submitted a contact form but haven’t gotten a reply yet. Hoping to hear something soon. Thanks!

ParticipantYes, but you have offered me no solution. I need to be able to view my Members with the Members tab of the plugin. Is anyone else having this issue? Is there a setting I need to change?
LisaS
ParticipantI have already tried all the troubleshooting to no avail. I do have 2 support tickets running for 2 different issues. This one has to do with registered members not being able to login and view content. The other one has to do with the fact that I can no longer see my Members in the Members tab in the plugin. Please advise.

ParticipantI am waiting for a solution to this issue. Please help me. I need to be able to view my members!

ParticipantI am now starting to have members asking for refunds which means I am now losing money. Can you please find a resolution for me?

ParticipantA Free Member just emailed me the following:
When I enter the password and attempt to login I get the following error message: “Password Empty or Invalid”
It seems everyone is having trouble logging in and viewing content now. Very frustrating!
LisaS
ParticipantI deactivated then deleted the plugin. Then I reinstalled it. I still cannot see my Members. Please advise.

ParticipantHere is one example. This user has had trouble since she paid for the annual membership. She cannot login and view protected content.
