    I deactivated then reactivated the plugin but still cannot see the members list. If I delete it, won’t it delete all my users and data? I don’t want to start over with this after having already spend numerous hours setting it up. Is there another solution? My members are still having trouble logging into my site as well.

    I could see the populated member list earlier then it simply disappeared.

    Tried deactivating all plugins. Still can’t see populated member list. What should I try next?

    No, the memberships are brand new on our site, so no one has expired yet.

    For Access Duration, I chose 365 days for the Annual Membership – that is the membership level where people are having these issues.

    No, I do not have a cache plugin installed on the site. Is there one you recommend? And how do I set it up to allow Simple Membership Plugin to work properly?
