Partial Protection using ShortCode

Hi,

I have just started using your plugin, but am a bit confused on the correct shortcode to be used…

On one of my event pages, https://indofrenchhub.com/event/rencontrespedagogiques/ – have inserted this shortcode:

[swpm_protected for=”5″ custom_msg=”This content is restricted to paid registrants only. If you have registered, please Log In to Download the Presentation”]
<h3 style=”text-align: center;”>Download Les-pronoms-neutres.pdf</h3>
[/swpm_protected]

This works fine when the page is viewed by a level 5 member who has logged in – the download button is properly displayed.

However, for all others, the custom message is not displayed, and instead:

(A) when the page is viewed by a logged-in non-level 5 user (example Subscriber Level 4) the following message is displayed:
//Your membership level does not have permission to view this content.//

(B) When the page is viewed by a non-logged in user the following message is displayed:
//This content is for members only.//

Please assist, why does the custom message not get displayed to the others.

I’m also having trouble with the partial protection short code. My custom messages are not showing at all. Please see https://parentingaces.com/update-on-2021-jr-comp-changes/ as an example. What am I missing here???

Ok i figured out the error, i used ” instead of ‘
