ParticipantHi, thanks for the prompt reply!
Yes that does help to some degree it’s a great idea for a work around.
Is there a multilevel addon in the pipeline? If so I would be interested to know projected timelines.
Many thanks,
Kyppsie
ParticipantThanks, I’ll look into this as a workaround.

ParticipantHello,
Thanks for the reply.
As I understand it the linked affiliate program pays commissions to the referrer when the referred subscribes. I don’t want to pay a commission, I would like to offer a discount for them to upgrade their membership to a higher level when they refer a friend to their current membership level.
I hope that makes sense! Is it at all possible?
Thanks again,
Kyppsie
ParticipantThere is a top bar with the linked option to ‘return to main menu’ – once clicked the user becomes stuck and would have to log out and log back in.
I have created a work around solution whereby I have added a separate after registration/login page, now the user clicks through to the main menu from this new page. This resolves the issue since they never need to go back to that first page.
It’s not ideal, but it works.

ParticipantHi,
I haven’t contacted Mailchimp about it, but the dates on my other sign up forms are all recording accurately, I have tested this.
Wordpress date settings are configured correctly also.
I had to delete the contacts that this plugin added and try to re-add them, but due to GDPR Mailchimp won’t allow me to re-add a previously deleted contact so for now I have resorted back to manual add.
Any help is appreciated as I don’t want to have to continue with manual adds.

ParticipantExcellent, tested and working!
Many thanks admin.

ParticipantThanks, I’m interested to know if your developers do find a solution.
As a work around I’m just adding a note to the registration instructions.
Look forward to seeing what can be done. Otherwise great plugin!

ParticipantPerfect. Thank you

ParticipantHi filipvisnjic,
So as long as they tab into the email field, whether it was auto populated or not, it will work? I did a test and just completed all fields manually and it worked.
At least I know a way around it now, if anyone has problems they can email me and I’ll know what to do!

ParticipantHi filipvisnjic,
Thank you for this, you are quite right, the registration works when all fields are clicked into! I’ll just add a note to the email with the link to say that they must complete all fields manually, hopefully I shouldn’t get any further problems.
Thanks again for sharing.

ParticipantHello,
My problem is the same, the registration form just refreshes and does not register the account. I have upgraded and it still doesn’t work. I’ve read through a lot of support notes but nothing has solved this for me yet!
I hope to get a resolution soon!

ParticipantHello,
Thanks for the response, however I have already followed these steps and still the registration form doesn’t work IPN is on and I have no firewall plugin.
This is for paid membership.
Is there anything else I should try?
Thanks,
