I have reviewed the information regarding this issue but believe I am having a slightly different issue.
All of my protected content seems to work as intended, the after registration redirect works correctly also.
The issue I have is that if the user attempts to return to the after registration page (which in my case is the protected content main menu) they are asked to login again. Only on this page, all other protected content works as expected.
Is there perhaps a conflict between protected content and the after registration redirect page?
Thanks
The issue I have is that if the user attempts to return to the after registration page…
“How” are they getting back there there???
There is a top bar with the linked option to ‘return to main menu’ – once clicked the user becomes stuck and would have to log out and log back in.
I have created a work around solution whereby I have added a separate after registration/login page, now the user clicks through to the main menu from this new page. This resolves the issue since they never need to go back to that first page.
It’s not ideal, but it works.
