Hello, Thank you for the response. However, I do not believe this helps me. I am not using a duration expiry. I am using a fixed expiry of 12/31/16. Our membership is an annual membership cycle and all members expire at year end.

I do not understand how I can manipulate Simple Membership to support my app for renewals to expire on 12/31/17…

Perhaps I must create a new membership type w/an expiry of 12/31/17 and use that for all renewals?

For new members, perhaps I must create a new membership type w/an expiry of 12/31/17 and replace the existing button?

Thanks for the suggestion… Calling these people is unacceptable and I’m on shared hosting and can’t check the server logs.

Per my original question, is there anyway to export the incomplete member data from the system?

Please note that I also used the ‘Tools’ option to generate and send email to all members who have not incomplete registration. I checked the log file and it doesn’t confirm an email was sent to these members. How may I confirm this email was sent? Thank you

Also, I did go to ‘WP Membership’ view, edit, and attempt to add a username… this is not supported.

Thank you for that. Perfect for modified Registration forms. I am trying to view modified Profile forms using same approached. However, it always takes me back to my personal Profile form. I tried logging out, but that isn’t working, the app correctly requires login… suggestions?

I’m like to be able to control the fields such as zip code length, numeric only; phone, numeric, 10 digits; etc… is this possible?

As I buid out new forms via formbuilder tool I would like to view the changes I made to ensure it is what I want. How can I view the registration form I just completed modifying?
