Extracting info on 'incomplete' members

I have been using the following instructions (https://simple-membership-plugin.com/forums/topic/export-member-information/) to extract info on members. I have the add-on for mailchimp working as well. I now realize that I have a group of members that, for whatever reason, refuse to complete their membership (these members are in incomplete status).

I would like to have this info flow to mailchimp, but there is no setting to do so. Please consider this option.

I would like to extract the data to manually add to mailchimp, but can not locate the data for the incomplete members in any swpm table, using myphpadmin. Where might I find this?

Please note that I also used the ‘Tools’ option to generate and send email to all members who have not incomplete registration. I checked the log file and it doesn’t confirm an email was sent to these members. How may I confirm this email was sent? Thank you

Hi, in regards to your e-mail sent question have you contacted these members to ask them if they have received your e-mail? If these e-mails have your domain name for example @domainname.com then you should be able to check your server e-mail log files.

Thanks for the suggestion… Calling these people is unacceptable and I’m on shared hosting and can’t check the server logs.

Per my original question, is there anyway to export the incomplete member data from the system?

The plugin adds the data to MailChimp after they complete their registration. If someone is not completing their registration then that indicates that they have lost interest.

You can go to the “Tools” menu of the plugin and send a reminder email to all the incomplete users (so they can complete the registration if they are still interested).

If you want to manually export member’s data then take a look at the following addon. It allows you export member’s data to a CSV/Excel file:

Thanks for adding the mass email for those not completing registration to the log file… it will add in resolving issues.
