    I have multiple user who have managed to register w/o providing a username… at least one does not display when viewing ‘wp membership.’ I have checked the forms and it is a required field. I do have form-builder and custom registration forms (relatively minor tweaks). I searched the support forum and doc on this but found no mention. The users can not log into their accounts. I believe this is a bug… how can I get these folks usernames now?

    Also, I did go to ‘WP Membership’ view, edit, and attempt to add a username… this is not supported.

    Are these Users signing up for a paid membership? Do you have set up PayPal IPN? If they are paid members you might also like to check the following documentation.
