ParticipantThank you, I appreciate your response. I should have clarified that these are currently active members but are paying by PO or check.
Related question is, if we have active members who both 1)renew their membership, then 2)renew it again but perhaps with check or PO , how do I make sure their expiration date is two (2) years out?

ParticipantOne of my sites has similar requirements to your usage. I use the form builder add-in and SWPM Data Exporter, which exports custom data.

ParticipantDouble check to be sure they don’t have the same member ID number (it’s happened to me…).

ParticipantIf you are comfortable getting into the back end, it can be administratively changed in the WP Database using myPHP through your webhost.
As far a I know usernames cannot be changed from within Simple Membership.

ParticipantYou will need to use the Form Builder Addon. It works very well on my site. The form fields for registration become user profiles, so you can encourage your members to keep their information updated.

ParticipantI found that there is a problem with Safari Version 11.1 (13605.1.33.1.2) for exporting the data on mac osx high sierra 10.13.4 (17E199) . There are no issues with Firefox Quantum 59.0.2 (64-bit) on mac osx high sierra 10.13.4 (17E199).
I have not identified any issues with PC users at this time.
Thank you for your assistance.

ParticipantWell….I’ve submitted two requests and still waiting to hear from premium support…..
arizonanorse
ParticipantYes, that’s it and thank you.

ParticipantYes. After login we’d like to have a “renew membership” link along with the two standard links users see after login.
Something like
Edit Profile
Renew Membership
LogoutThanks,

ParticipantStill an issue…can import from CSV to WP to Simple Membership, but not directly from CSV to Simple Membership.

ParticipantIt is not resolved.

ParticipantI tried resetting status from pending to active. This is the email which my members receive.
Hi,
Your account has been activated!
You may login to the member area at http://abcd.efg
Your user ID is the portion of your email address before the “@” symbol. You will need to reset your password to gain access to the site.
Please email q@abc.efg if you have any questions.
Thank YouUnfortunately this doesn’t send them their direct login or password as
Email Settings (Bulk Account Activate Notification) does not allow use of email marge tags- only use generic text.Consider this a request for some kind of bulk account notification with merge tags, or a better work-around for importing members – we know they have paid, but WP Membership doesn’t…

ParticipantIgnore the above post. I tried to delete it.
I have tried changing my ‘problem’ site to various built-in themes and the result is the same. The widget vertically over-spaces the text. It looks like it is in plain text rather than formatted. The front page login widget is shifted to the right. Once logged in, the sidebar member content is properly centered, but it still appears to be in plain text and the vertical spacing is way off.

ParticipantThanks but this is not what I need.

ParticipantHowever, I just changed the width of the sidebar and that seems to be having a positive effect.
.wrap { max-width: xxxx px; } . (put in the desired number for xxxx)
