Need email to send when members are imported

I need to import our current membership and have an email go out to them with their username and password. I can’t manually update 600+ members to get an email to send.

Is there a procedure for this?

I should add that I am getting the admin notices, but the members I have added have not received an email, which is apparently because they have not paid. I tried changing them to unpaid members but since they haven’t registered through the system I haven’t been successful with that either.

Hi, you still have not reported if your issue is resolved from the following forum post.

When you create an account manually from the admin end and later you want the user to pay for a subscription, make sure the user logs into his/her account then pay for the subscription using the subscription button created inside the plugin.
