Have checked my laptop and it is currently set to Australian date format – dd/mm/yyyy (with long date format of dd month yyyy). I tried changing the date format to another format, but it didn’t change anything.

I also logged onto the admin cp via my mobile and also a desktop computer, and the dates are also showing in the incorrect format there as well.

I think I might have done it originally, but can’t remember seeing it was a couple of months ago now, but I carried out the test again of disabling all other plugins, but it doesn’t make any change to the way dates are displayed.

Thank you for your reply. I had to halt development of my site’s membership system due to personal reasons, so am back into it again and realised I had a support question I didn’t get to follow up.

The inconsistent date format is shown on the members listing pages – both the listing with all members, and when you view an individual member – the access starts field to be precice.

A screenshot of the individual member’s page can be found here: [http://www.compilationdesign.com/uploads/members-image.png]

As you can see, their access starts is in the format of YYYY/MM/DD, but my WordPress date format is set to an extended date format (i.e. 22 August 2017).

Thank you for your reply. If that’s how it is currently, all good..

In the short-term I’ll just make the role changes manually (as don’t expect to have too many at the moment). I can always change my mind and look into MailChimp in the future if the amount gets overwhelming.

Thanks for this plugin so far. 🙂

Actually just realised something now that it’s working.

Is there a way to display the name of the membership level instead of just the ID? As this would be more useful than just displaying the ID number, as no one would know what this means.

    Many thanks. 🙂

Many thanks for your response. I tried as suggested and was still receiving the same problem.

However, I tried uninstalling the add-on and reinstalled it again. And all works now. Probably should have tried that first, maybe there was an issue with the inital upload.
