ModeratorIt is not supposed to. The members must log into WordPress, and then navigate to the desired SWPM content page. There is not supposed to be a social login option on the actual SWPM login page.

Moderator…we discovered that, if he uses cellular in his office, he can get in. He can’t get in via desktop browser in the office.
We’ve seen situations like this before; especially in educational and high security businesses. You need to get his network administrator involved.

ModeratorI understand you are describing an issue that only happens to a particular member; and that it happens even if he is using a browser. I am assuming, that he is using the browser on his phone as well? What if he uses a browser, on a device OTHER than his phone???

ModeratorThe setup is through an app so, clients use it via phone.
Please be more specific, because SWPM has no “app.”

ModeratorAt this time; I believe there is a “disconnect” between the way SWPM handles styles, and the newer “block theme” styles. This is the best advice I can offer concerning styling of login input fields:
https://simple-membership-plugin.com/forums/topic/customizing-login-form-field-background-color/I will inquire with the developer; to see if there is a path forward.

ModeratorUnfortunately, it is too labor intensive for us to create, track, and maintain such a list; because SWPM is Open Source software. The best advice we can offer, are the following resources:
Compatibility (With Other Plugins)

ModeratorThe SWPM plugin has nothing to do with the WP themes; and is compatible withe the default themes. Is there a specific issue you are having, getting the plugin to work? Also, please review the documentation to better understand how the plugin integrates with WordPress.
