ModeratorI noticed that you are using Elementor; which is known to have problems working with SWPM.

ModeratorPlease turn on the SWPM debug log. We need to know what happens on the SWPM side, when a renewal is processed.

ModeratorHow do you have that membership setup? And do you have SWPM debug logs showing the renewal taking place?

ModeratorAccording to ChatGPT, the number of failed payment retries is adjustable, from within your Stripe account.

ModeratorThe membership level only takes effect when the member logs in. There is no “on the fly” upgrade possible.

ModeratorYou could use the Form Builder Addon to collect the information.
https://simple-membership-plugin.com/simple-membership-form-builder-addon/Depending on the privacy laws in your jurisdiction, you may have to provide an opt-in or opt-out option as well.
Now the hard part… you need some custom PHP coding to extract the birthdate information and display it, according to the desired date range; and any opt-in/out choices. Unfortunately, this is something you’d have to work out yourself; because it is beyond the scope of the free support forum. You can either code that part yourself, hire a PHP programmer, or utilize our Paid Support option.

ModeratorHe is still having issues and something interesting is going on: Yesterday morning and this morning I received a message saying “A new member has completed the registration” and it’s his Username. Just got done talking with him and he has done nothing over the past two days.
That jsounds like an account or email hack. Since it only seems to be happening to just him; my suspicion is either an email hack or a malware issue on his end. In the absence of any evidence outside that one user or your SWPM installation; it may have something to do with his phone or home network.

ModeratorI was asking if once they click on the submit button to save their edit it could take me to a new page with a pay number button, or straight to the stripe site to pay.
That would require custom coding, on your part

ModeratorYou can redirect to a particular page, after login.
https://simple-membership-plugin.com/configure-login-redirection-members/You can then place an Edit Profile shortcode on the page, along with any other desired content.

Moderatoris there a method of redirecting logged-out users who purchase a membership (before creating an account) to a specific page?
Using the method I previously described; you can redirect to a page that tells them their options… login with an existing membership, purchase a new membership, or check their email for an activation link.
