ParticipantYes I have.
Did you read my entire test sequence? All the emails in the Membership plugin are working EXCEPT for the quick notification email.
And it appears to be an issue with your latest upgrade to 3.1.9, because the 3.1.8 version under the same account in bluehost is working.tjohnsonpatvet
ParticipantI forgot to mention two things.
1. The simple membership version we are running is Version 3.1.9.
2. I have two sites running the membership plugin, both are hosted under the same account at Bluehost, on the same server.
The membership site running version 3.1.9 stopped sending the quick notification email.
The membership site running version 3.1.8 is able to send the quick notification email.Thank you,

ParticipantThey are signing up through the membership plugin. This was an intermittent problem with the form, after 150 users logged in I finally got some help. It turns out that my Blue host platform has better support than you. I was able to have them show me how to get to the database and I tested the database character limitations for the simple wordpress membership form username (I got the custom form builder for this plugin by the way). The simple membership username database character limit is shorter than the wordpress username character limit. So, they were being added at the user level of wordpress, but not on the member level in the simple member plugin section. I deleted the user in the wordpress user section, reduced the character limits and re-added them.
Now, you need to fix this bug- and put an error message on the form that states the user had exceeded the character limit for their username.
