ParticipantHi,
Thanks for the instruction link, good info. Except it doesn’t have Profile Page info.
— Do we create a 3 Pages all with the SAME code [swpm_profile_form]
Login Page, Profile page, And Edit Profile Page?That’s where I started and it didn’t work.
I did disable plugins and even my Theme and activated the BP theme (twenty ten I believe) and that still didn’t work.
Clicking on Edit Profile still gets me to the page that says:
Edit Profile
You are not logged in.even when member IS Logged in.

ParticipantEdit Profile doesn’t work
If a Member clicks on their Pic or Name, yes, they Can get to Their Profile and Edit it.
However, I’d have to mention that and that would be too much for them.
What am I missing?1) Edit Profile .com/membership-login/edit-profile/
(I took out [bbp_profile] code bec that didn’t work) maybe need one that got shuffled out2) Profile: has this in body [swpm_profile_form]
url: .com/membership-profile/
When member IS logged in and click on that it comes up:
Profile
Your are not logged in.
~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~WP Settings
login: http://www.ourcarebooks.com/membership-login/ (OK, works)
Reg: http://www.ourcarebooks.com/membership-join/membership-registration/ (blank page)(but they are registering on Join Us so not sure about this.)Join us: http://www.ourcarebooks.com/registration/
Edit profile page: http://www.ourcarebooks.com/membership-login/edit-profile/
pw reset page: http://www.ourcarebooks.com/membership-login/password-reset/ (OK)Thanks *~*
ParticipantHi,
Wow, it’s wonderful when I can actually see your page. Like the Sun came out. 😀 *
Your Blue Simple Membership Plugin header is now how it should be (about 1 inch) so I can see your site.
And sometimes the Blue Header and words go down so far I can only see about 2 inches from the bottom.
ParticipantUPDATE:
** Remember: To check if these pages work – You Must Be Logged Out. **
on (1) Above- do NOT include [bbp-register].
Just add Simple Membership Buttons. If you accidently deleted them, the codes are on the Button area and look like [swpm_payment_button id=300]4)a) Registration – Your Page (Different ideas, this is just 1 way for Members to set up their Page/Profile)
[wpmu_bbp_register]b) add to Settings > Buddy Press > Pages > Register
Hope this helps! 😀
ParticipantHi,
Yes, I’m foregoing some of the potluck party for your help. As I was cruising around trying to find more info I came across your website. Yes, definitely, my site is all about us helping each other. One good favor deserves another, etc. I have 1,000s I will be marketing to, we are a kind of group.
I see you also mentioned ” Make sure that all members pages set up by the plugin are created and functioning.” to another on your site.
Well, Profile isn’t showing for anyone else but me as Admin.
My Activity box on the Upper Right Corner works–but not for anyone else.* I installed a couple other memberships plugins and deleted them. That prob caused this.
No my Paypal isn’t completely setup. But couple weeks ago the Join Us page showed and clicking on the diff buttons all went to PP correctly.
ParticipantHi,
Yes, the Debug Mode box is checked. There is a white screen.
For your help, I’m glad to offer you free membership to post your webinars, business or resumes–when I can get this site working–in appreciation.
Deleted [swpm_join] , ourcarebooks.comI’m running late for a TG potluck & I’ve got the Tofurky. Need to read how to enable Debug Mode and check the log file.
Hope that helps.
ParticipantI got it from your site. And Really appreciate you providing this!
https://simple-membership-plugin.com/recreating-required-pages-simple-membership-plugin/
The Join Us looks diff than your others so maybe it’s not complete.
I tried many variations but still can’t get the Join Us page to pop open. It did work once and even the buttons went to paypal and worked.
Appreciate help. thx.:-)
