ModeratorIs it necessary to upload users through the plugin, is it not possible to receive the data directly through the WordPress users, and within the user who already exists in WordPress, set a membership level for him?
You can import WP Users into the plugin following the instructions below.

Does this help you in any way?
Kind regards.

ModeratorI have a custom login page, but not sure about how this could affect user role.
Is this custom login page what your users are using to log in and or your members? The best option to manage a membership site is to only use a membership plugin. This will prevent the users ie, members from becoming confused with too many different login widgets.
Not sure about what you mean here either. As written in previous post, regardless of the user role i set in membership level options (contributor, author or whatever), new members are assigned “subscriber” user role. Or did you mean that i have to change user role for each member manually ?
As I mentioned above our plugin works really well when it manages the registration and login of your members. That is the reason why I shared the following documentation above. Our plugin uses the WP user records for integration with plugins like WooCommerce, bbPress etc. The WP user role is just there in the background.

Let me know if the information above makes sense.

ModeratorAre you allowing your members to log in using WP login widget or are you only allowing your members to log in using our plugins login widget?
The wp user entries are going to have a role of “subscriber” so that should not be any security concern (unless you are doing something on this site to give some membership levels a higher permission). You can review each of your membership level configuration and make sure you are setting the role to what you really want/need (normally it should be a “contributor” or “subscriber” role).
If you don’t want anyone to register via WP registration process, please read the following documentation.

ModeratorHi, I just checked your URL above in my mobile phone running Android OS and it displays the login widget and not the shortcode. Can you make sure you clear your browser cache in your mobile device. Also, what mobile device did you use to check your URL?
Kind regards.

ModeratorHi, when you enable Allow Account Deletion “Located under WP Membership -> Settings -> Advanced Settings tab”, the member will be able to delete their account when they view their profile. The Delete Account link can be found underneath the Submit button in the profile page.
(Note: If it is a PayPal subscription account, the member has to also delete the subscription from their PayPal account. For Stripe subscriptions, it deletes their Stripe subscription when they click on the Delete Account button. )
Let me know if the information above helps you.
Kind regards.

ModeratorHi, if the imported members belong to a membership level then you can use the following option. Go to WP Membership -> Members -> Bulk Operation and select Membership Level: under Bulk Update Membership Level of Members. Then assign a new level under Level to Change to: This step should only be applied to free membership levels. Subscription type payments and one time payment require different steps.
Kind regards.
