Thank you

ParticipantIt’s under wp-membership/settings/email settings/registration area
Checked:
“Enable this option if you want the admin to receive a notification when a member registers.”And with this settings, we get duplicated emails.

ParticipantWe investigate it further, and it’s not hosting related, Siteground doesn’t find any issues. Our generic form is sending emails just once, but simple membership emails are not.
My clients get double emails when someone registers with the exact same emails within 2 minutes.
Any idea? Anyone experiencing the same issue?February 19, 2020 at 9:21 pm #19802mbrsolution
ModeratorHi,
My clients get double emails when someone registers with the exact same emails within 2 minutes.
Can you clarify the above comment further?
Thank you

ParticipantIt’s a notification email, which we receive as soon somebody fills the registration form, and activate their account. But we get two exactly the same notifications to our mailbox.
I don’t know how else to clarify this further:)

ParticipantI have this exact same problem. Can you please share the fix?
I am receiving duplicate notification emails: “A new member has completed the registration”
“It’s under wp-membership/settings/email-settings/registration area
Checked:
“Enable this option if you want the admin to receive a notification when a member registers.”The notification emails arrive in my mailbox about 1 minute apart in time.
Thanks for your help. Awesome program! TKM

ParticipantHi, did anyone find a solution to this? I think what is happening is an email is sent on registration, then again when the user confirms their email address.

Moderator@Tom, are you using the Form Builder addon by any chance?
Kind regards.

ParticipantHi there, I actually did open a premium support ticket on this about 2 weeks ago. I was told that the problem was likely some conflicting plugin. The only plugin I am using that I think could in any way be related is Contact Form 7. This allows users to email the admin by filling out a contact form.
I noticed others might be having similar problem so I thought I would try to find out if anyone was able to figure this out.
In my case, I get an email when they register, then again get the same email when they activate their account. According to the person I’ve been emailing with at support, its only supposed to generate an email when they activate their account.
