Duplicated email to admin when someone registering

The way I am setup is the user first registers for a free account. After registration and activation, when they login they are presented with a screen to choose to upgrade.

I have reworked the form builder addon so it only sends the notification after the email activation. Originally it was sending at registration and then when the email is activated. I have sent you an update to check it out.
