ParticipantI already did all the basic troubleshooting (disable all other plugins, make sure I have latest version of plugins and core, etc). I also checked for js errors in the console and nothing.

ParticipantYes, I’m saying that this:
You need to login to view this content. <br><a href="/staff-login/">Please log in</a>Appears as this on the front end:
You need to login to view this content. Please log inWith no link on the “Please log in” phrase. It’s all just plain text.

ParticipantI did, the HTML was rendered I guess. Here it is again, is just an a tag with a br tag:
You need to login to view this content. <br><a href="/staff-login/">Please login</a>In2itiveSearchSites
ParticipantI see.
Is there a way to edit the plugin files to hard code an a tag (link)?
I know this is not ideal, and editing core plugin files is not the best option, but we need to include a link in the messages at least.
Could you point me to the correct file/line perhaps and I’ll take it from there?
I would greatly appreciate it.
Thanks!

Thanks!

ParticipantOh my… so this is what’s happening. On these instructions, the step 4 should specify that the MailChimp list name must be entered by going to WP Membership > Membership Levels > Then EDIT an existing membership level and THEN type the desired MailChimp list.
The instructions/screenshots confused me to think that the field to enter the MC list was the next step/screen after saving the API key.
Please clarify this on your documentation.
Thanks for your help!
Problem solved.

ParticipantYes, I changed it and put a bunch of zeroes on purpose, for the screenshot.
By yes, I’m entering the correct one, I even created a new one and re tried.
Also, I just deleted, not just disabled all other plugins, still nothing.
It’s worth mentioning that I have the form builder extension installed, although I deleted it so test and that didn’t help.

ParticipantDisabled all plugins but Simple Membership and Simple Membership Mail Chimp extension, still nothing, stuck on step 3.

ParticipantHaha. Did you even read my message above?
My issue is that I can’t go past step 3. Every time the Save button is clicked, nothing happens.
See screenshot on previous message.

ParticipantHi,
But… how can I see this in action if I don’t get to chose which MailChimp list to use or to change any MC settings whatsoever.
Anyways, I did a test and the debug reuslts are as expected:
[11/11/2015 7:06 PM] – SUCCESS :Mailchimp integration addon. After registration hook. Debug data: |test@testertester.com|Tester1|Tester
[11/11/2015 7:06 PM] – SUCCESS :This membership level (2) has no mailchimp list name specified for it. Mailchimp signup won’t be performed. Please take a look at the screenshot below so you can see what happens when I entered the MC API key and hit Save.
Thanks!
