ParticipantThank you for your comment. The debug log is already turned on. Multiple purchases are affected, with the issue occurring in 2 to 3 out of a dozen or so transactions. Additionally, Stripe records the purchases as successful, and there are no errors shown on the Stripe dashboard for either the buyer or the seller. The API also shows no error history and logs indicate the transactions were completed successfully.
We manage the plugin in coordination with a maintenance company, so we can’t immediately update the production environment to the latest version.
However, we did upgrade to the latest version in our test environment, but the issue was not resolved.
For now, would it be alright to proceed with upgrading the Stripe API version?
