    hello.
I am a member of a company that operates a membership site.

(My native language is Japanese, and I’m not good at English, so there may be some parts that are difficult to convey in the following sentences.)

Our business is always doing well thanks to this plugin.
First of all, I would like to express my gratitude.

This time, when using the purchased add-on, we have confirmed an error that seems to be a bug.

I am posting this to ask for your help in resolving this issue.

Currently, I am using “SimpleMembership” and purchased “Form Builder”.

The other day, I updated “SimpleMembership” to the latest version.

After that, when the member tries to change the password, the following error message appears and the process cannot be completed.

    —————————-
Error! Security check failed for membership level identifier validation.

The submitted membership level data does not match.

If you are using caching please empty the cache data and try again.

If you are using the Form Builder addon, please update the addon and try again.
    —————————-

I asked an in-house engineer to confirm the cause of this.

    Here’s what I found:

    – Occurs with SimpleMembership version 4.1.3 or later.
・There seems to be an insufficient value sent when changing the password (‘membership_level’ is not stored in $_POST.)

Currently, it is downgraded to version 4.1.0.
However, for security reasons, I would like to use the latest version.

Therefore, could you please answer the following questions?

    1. Has the latest version of Form Builder released to fix this problem?

2.If not, is there a possibility that you could consider supporting it in a future version upgrade?

I would appreciate it if you could give me an answer.
