Hi this is the response I got from IONOS, can this help to solve the issue now?:

“As per our admins, they created an error logs for them to be able to check the origin of the error 503

Here is the error log that they acquired:

[18-Nov-2022 23:10:48 UTC] PHP Notice: Undefined variable: membership_level_id in /homepages/28/d868714141/htdocs/clickandbuilds/SpeakShona/wp-content/plugins/simple-membership/ipn/swpm-stripe-sca-buy-now-ipn.php on line 272

They suggested that you provide this error log to the administrator of the plugin so they can double the command that causes the error.”

Using the generated the completion URL still gives the same 503 error whether i or it or the customer does it so that has not helped. I will try create a new member altogether but that’s not feasible going forward, so I hope that ionos can solve it.

Thanks have asked them, no joy as yet and have deactivated all other plugins and changed theme no luck

I had a chat with IONOS and they are saying it’s a plugin error, any ideas anyone on how to solve this or pinpoint what creates the error?
The Free plan works fine no issues there only the paid plan has issues in changing the user from incomplete to complete.
After clicking on the registration completion link the URL stays the same but brings up the 503 Error, so not sure why it will not submit.

@wzp Is there another way to complete the user so long so that they can access the site?

@orbeavers14 Also have same issue with ionos, any solutions or workarounds? How did you complete the members registration, coz I cant even do it for them….
