    Added a second member level. The new level will give a 503 error when they click the register link (after clicking their unique email). The first member level still flows through fine.

    An Error 593 is server related. In other words; the error is not caused by a problem with the plugin, but may be triggered by the way the plugin is setup.

    Please ensure that the debug logs are turned on, and check to see if any log entries are written when the error occurs. Also, does the error occur immediately when the link is clicked? Is clicking a link required for the other level? And do you have any security modules installedl either as server modules or WordPress plugins?

    Yeah, thats what was throwing me off too.

    Logs show that is processed the payment fine and sent the registration email, The second log showed an authentication check for username, but that was it
    [2022/09/23 04:47:59] – SUCCESS: Authentication request – {email address}

    The process for the error was:
    1) Subscriber will pay to be a member
    2) Email will be sent
    3) Subscriber clicks the link sending them to a registration form
    4) Clicking submit on that form will cause the error.

    The other Member Level is the same process without the error. The way I had setup the second level was to mirror the configuration on original, only changing the price and the ID value for the links.

    No Server Modules. No wordpress plugins designated to security

    For clarification:

    Clicking the email link brings up the expected registration form.

    Clicking the submit button on the registration form causes the error.

    Is that right?

    Who is your hosting provider and what hosting package are you using?

    You might have to ask your hosting provider for assistance.

    Please read this article on your hosting provider’s website:

    Read the article. All plugins/wordpress are updated I will contact Ionos about possible configuration.

    But is there any chance I had a config issue from the plugin?

    Access is the same for each level, its just more a family plan/honor system. With that in mind, I have the same settings for both, just changed the ID’s for purchase.

    Only other thing would be solution 3 on the IONOS support site. I don’t know how we could trouble shoot that further though,…

    Solution 3: Detect and fix programming errors
    Another cause of an HTTP 503 Error generated by the server could be that the web project or the content management software is incorrectly programmed. For example, WordPress is very vulnerable to 503 errors due to loading times being too long. This can result from an excessive number of database access attempts or badly programmed plugins, which make the CMS perform additional functions, but often slow down the process at the same time. The same applies if you integrate too many extensions. The solution is to filter out the problematic plugins so that you can deactivate them if you need to.

    Clicking the submit button on the registration form causes the error.

    Yes, that is correct.

    If you copy the URL the button redirects to, and paste it into the address bar of a browser; and immediately get the error, the plugin has nothing to do with it.

    I had a chat with IONOS and they are saying it’s a plugin error, any ideas anyone on how to solve this or pinpoint what creates the error?
    The Free plan works fine no issues there only the paid plan has issues in changing the user from incomplete to complete.
    After clicking on the registration completion link the URL stays the same but brings up the 503 Error, so not sure why it will not submit.

    @wzp
    Is there another way to complete the user so long so that they can access the site?
